P5 have been grabbing their passports and jetting off to the seven continents of the world to learn about different cultures and traditions in our ‘It’s a Small World’ topic. During our Art lessons we created sunset silhouettes of famous landmarks and used our UICT skills to design postcards from our favourite destinations.

All travels end up back at home, so we ended our topic by focusing on Northern Ireland. We developed our map skills by locating tourist attractions in our country. We picked our favourite attraction and created an advertisement to encourage people to visit.
