P2 have been enjoying learning about the Emergency Services and how they can help us. Today they had a visit from a paramedic who came into school to teach them all about their body and how the ambulance personnel can check them over and help them when they are unwell. Our children then got the chance to see his ambulance and ask lots of questions.
After he left, everyone got to work in the Teddy Bear Hospital where they checked patients in, assessed them, gave medication and treated any injuries. A fantastic hands on day learning all about the very important people in our community who care for us each day.
Thank you to all the friends and families of BPS who do these important jobs every day!
