P6 pupils have been busy learning about the digestive system. They’ve been figuring out how the stomach works by breaking down food with acids and enzymes. They’ve been exploring how their bodies process the food they eat and turn it into energy. Then they got hands on with some fun experiments to understand digestion in action.
